I had class with Chef Nazreen on Modern Choux Pastry somewhere in November last year. She patiently guide me and share tips on how to saviour the mixture if it becomes ‘faulty’. Thank you Chef for imparting the skills and knowledge. Looking forward for more baking session with her.

We signed up for a Child & Parent Baking Workshop by #Cakethisandthat back in November. Umair and I were guided by Chef Nazreen to make cream puffs and eclairs from scratch.
